I have been here in Riverside for about a year and a half and I've had at least the same experience you've had, (only mine was partially self induced). The first full year I was resisting even considering this as "home" so I refused to learn anything about the street layout or even network or befriend anyone. Well, I'm not quite so hard headed I can't take a hint when I still in a place six months and a year later.

Looking forward to seeing you. I'll make a table tent or something... we'll either be in back or in front. I haven't decided yet... definitely not inside either way. The tent will say something like "Fire in the emPire," or "Tribe!" or something equally descriptive. It'll likely be the ONLY table tent there.

Trip

Since we're doing intros. I'm in Ontario, having moved from the Bay Area three years ago. Lived and worked in Victorville/Big Bear for a year then here for two years now. I'm just finally accepting that I'm not planning to move back up for awhile and want to give So Cal a chance. I am *shocked* to find freaks in the IE! Hurrah, y'all are a hard group to find. I'm not interested in joining a fire troupe (done that and like being an ex-firedancer) but will happily burn for fun and play fire safety for any performer who might need someone to snuff them out if need be.
