Come and dance and drum from your heart to help bring peace, love, and healing to our world. We'll start off with a meditation and sound bath to get centered and open-hearted. The entire family is welcome--and we'll share in a gourmet vegetarian community meal (prepared by Chef Maureen Jones) following our drumming session and snacks and refreshments will be available the entire time. A special kids' drum & dance circle with crafts and supervised playtime will be available for the 10 and under crowd depending on interest. Other percussionists and belly dancers are welcome too. We're looking to make this an ongoing community event that will help us share the love of life, drumming and dancing with the world.
