Hey People:

Ever want to know if your lover was ever in jail? Want to see how many times they got speeding tickets or were caught for not wearing their seatbelt?

You can. It's creepy, it's fun, it's public.

There is also a really nice Small Claim form processor that actually works. You can pay your tickets, evict a tenant, check a court calendar, and view tentative rulings.

Have fun...

San Bernardino County is also up and if you thin that's bad just try Lexus Nexis. The System has everything on you.

Is there a non-paid version of public access version of Lexus Nexus? Can you provide the link to San Bernardino's system please?

I believe that in the very, very, very near future we're going to see a national system that will replace these local systems. Soon not only will your employment and residency be determined by your past (valid or not, circumstantial or not) but so will your friends and acquaintances, who you do business with, and weather or not you're invited to functions, parties, or social situations.

The interesting thing I see as a result of this is that there is the flip side, underground, and "off the grid" reactions that will be equally powerful and connected. The sad thing is that you're going to be forced into one side or the other.

      Lates,
